We are a small family run business based in Darlington who prides itself on providing quality products and service;

We ALWAYS describe items honestly. However, if for any reason you aren’t happy with the item we will refund payment.
We NEVER try to rip people off on post and packing – there’s only ever 1 charge for multiple purchases.
We ALWAYS send out any orders over £10 via Recorded Delivery at our own expense (unless International where the cost is too prohibitive) as we believe that if someone is spending that sort of money the least they can expect is for us to guarantee they get it quickly and safely.
We ALWAYS try our best to deal with orders quickly and usually manage to despatch orders the same day we receive payment.
We ALWAYS respond to emails as quickly as possible so you will usually get a very speedy response to any queries.

As well as our normal range of items we regularly come across one off products (especially football badges) when we visit various fayres and auctions. These are usually put on Ebay in team specific auctions, if you would like to be informed when the next auction for your team is due please let us know via the mailing list link.
